Teaching for a day by Ella,Reece

On Friday the 24 the year 2 class  Mrs Victoria T came to visit our School. We taught a lesson about PEGI. In my opinion i think that the lesson could have improved a lot more. Some said that we could improve on adding more facts. We thought that we could improve by explaining a lot more about PEGI RATING. Some said that  they knaw know a lot more about PEGI and some still said that they did’t quite know what PEGI was. We really enjoyed teaching and hope in the future  we could become teachers.

Our lesson with 2VT-By Hana-Mai and Cameron

On are lesson with year 2, it went amazingly well! And there where many clever students but we did have a problem with one boy he had 0/6 but then we went to help him and then he had 5/6 in the quiz. We enjoyed teaching year two’s and hope we can do it some other time again!                                              IMG_0061

Teaching year 2 Jessica,Manon and Sophia

Year 2 behaved very well. They listened really good and most of them understood. We asked for positive or negative comment and what we could improve in the future. One commented “more slides”, another said “explain more”. We made them excited as well because we gave them all a sticker and called them Stars of the day. We made a quiz. 50% of the answers were right and 50% were not. The lesson was super fun!! If we would repeat this lesson we would help them and add more slides.

My teacher experience, By Jac

The lesson that we did with year 2 was amazing, the good thing was about our group nobody new what PEGI Rating was until the end. Nobody new what anything was one of the question was what colours are PEGI and we gave them a clue we said “What colours are traffic lights to give them a clue”. What a group we had and people have been saying how good there group was.

How did the lesson go? By Cerys and Eli-Hâf.

The lesson went very well because all the children were listening to what we were saying about PEGI. At the start of the lesson we were all amazed because a little boy knew what PEGI meant. Unfortunately, one of the slides wasn’t working on one of the children’s iPad’s so we told them to tell us what they were going to type. All of our group loved helping the children and teaching them. The children also had fun while learning because we were giving them enough information in a fun way (like PEGI VR’s).

Teaching Year 2 about PEGI. They were absolutely FABULOUS,it was really  fun to teach Year 2 Mrs Victoria Thomas’s Class about PEGI. A few children already knew though unfortunately, but most of them didn’t know what so ever which was good.  I think we could improve next time by adding in more slides and more information.  We had a whiteboard to give them merit points, they all however, had 3 merit points each. WELL DONE Mrs Victoria Thomas’s Class. At the end they all commented good things like awesome and i loved it which was FANTASTIC. WE ALL HAD AN AWESOME AND FABULOUS TIME IT WAS GREAT to spend time with Year 2.

Our Lesson with 2VT ! by Ellie and Garin

Our lesson with 2VT went really well because everyone listened really well and they behaved exceptionally well! One child in particular, (Amelia) did really well, especially her two quizzes. But, they all behaved like angels. There was one boy who knew all the answers in every quiz!

Unfortunately, two of our iPads didn’t work so we just had to speak to them, or, they had to share with someone else.
