Screen Shot 2017-03-28 at 13.39.26Did you know that Henry VIII re-marrying had a big effect on Elizabeth’s life? In fact when Henry re-married  Elizabeth was no longer a princess! But  she lived a wealthy life in her half-brother Edwards’ household. She had the best tutors                                                                                                                                                       in all the land  to help her with her studies. In total she learned six languages and in addition she could play a  musical instrument called the virginal.

It was only when Henry was about to die that he realised that he would not have another boy and made Mary and Elizabeth princesses again. Our opinion is that when Henry was alive   he killed and divorced so many of his wives that he put Elizabeth off for marrying her self!

Elizabeth’s tragic time line by Laila and Mikey

Elizabeth was born on 1553 September 7th in Greenwich place, her  father was Henry 8th and her mother was Anne Boleyn. But her father king Henry 8th  wanted a  boy so bad he killed Elizabeth mother! Before Elizabeth was born her half sister Mary was born before Elizabeth and that meant she would be second become queen after Mary died.Elizabeth’s father  killed her mother{Anne- Boleyn}that meant Elizabeth  was no longer a princess! So she lived in her half brother Edwards house, even know she was not princess she was still the Kings  daughter.

At the age of 13 her father died of a leg wound and a infection too as well! When she lived in the village in England she lived  her life as a wealthy lady but was treated  as if she was still a daughter to the king.Following the death of king Henry 8th her half brother Edward became king. But he sadly died because he had a very bad illness and died.                                                                                                                                               You probably think Elizabeth became queen after Edward ?Well you would be wrong Mary became queen after Edward died. While Mary was queen she thought her half sister Elizabeth was in the plot to kill her so she imprinted her for 8 weeks. When Mary died Elizabeth was under house arrest!{arrested in  your house}In January 1559 Elizabeth was crowned queen of England.Elizabeth was a hard working queen because she visited lots of different towns and city’s.                                                                                                                          Throughout her time of Queen  many people tried to assassinate her to take  her place on the thrown that including her cousin Mary queen of Scots  who tried to kill Elizabeth numerous times. Finally she had Mary queen of Scots captured she was sent to death!in order to find out who was plotting against her she set up a spy network throughout. When Elizabeth made many new rules like that you are not aloud to wear purple and that you have to wear hats on Sundays. At the end of her region there where more then 200,000 people living in the city of London.Elizabeth died on March 24th 1603 in Richmond,England.
